The unexpected favourite

Soft, rounded and naturally sweet with Peruvian lucuma. A less familiar flavour with warm notes of caramel, maple and vanilla – and a variety that often surprises people and quickly becomes a favourite.

Taste profile
Lucuma may be the least familiar of GO100’s four flavours, but for many it also becomes the biggest surprise. The Peruvian fruit has a soft, naturally sweet taste with warm notes reminiscent of caramel, maple and vanilla. Dates add depth and fullness, while tiger nuts provide a light crunch and the chocolate coating a smooth contrast. A rounded, dessert-like flavour that many people quickly come to see as a new favourite.

Four key ingredients. One thoughtfully crafted formula.
Resistant starch
is a form of starch that resists digestion in the small intestine and reaches the large intestine, where it can be fermented by gut bacteria.
Collagen
is a protein naturally rich in glycine and proline, amino acids that the body uses as building blocks in connective tissue.
Ingredients that shape flavour and texture
Dates
give GO100 its natural sweetness and help bind the recipe into a soft, satisfying bar. Dates also contain fibre and naturally occurring polyphenols.
Tiger Nuts
are small root vegetables, not nuts, that add mild sweetness and crunch. They contain fibre and resistant starch, and a large proportion of their fat consists of oleic acid.
Chocolate coating with inulin
Every GO100 bar is covered in a chocolate coating sweetened with inulin. It adds a rich chocolate flavour and a smooth contrast to the lightly crunchy centre. Inulin is a fructan fibre extracted from chicory root.
Real ingredients for flavour
Coffee, cacao, matcha and lucuma give each variety its own character, without artificial flavourings. These ingredients also contain a range of naturally occurring polyphenols.

How to use it?
To avoid abdominal discomfort it is advised to increase your intake slowly to your allow beneficial gut bacterias to increase as resistant starch and dietary fiber intake increases.
To minimize initial gastrointestinal discomfort, we suggest starting with half a GO100 bar per day for one week.
After that, gradually increase your intake to one full bar per day, preferably consumed in two servings.
Once you have been consuming one bar per day for a week without any issues, you can experiment with further increasing your intake to up to two bars per day.
