Four key ingredients. One thoughtfully crafted formula.
Resistant starch
is a form of starch that resists digestion in the small intestine and reaches the large intestine, where it can be fermented by gut bacteria.
Collagen
is a protein naturally rich in glycine and proline, amino acids that the body uses as building blocks in connective tissue.
Ingredients that shape flavour and texture
Dates
give GO100 its natural sweetness and help bind the recipe into a soft, satisfying bar. Dates also contain fibre and naturally occurring polyphenols.
Tiger Nuts
are small root vegetables, not nuts, that add mild sweetness and crunch. They contain fibre and resistant starch, and a large proportion of their fat consists of oleic acid.
Chocolate coating with inulin
Every GO100 bar is covered in a chocolate coating sweetened with inulin. It adds a rich chocolate flavour and a smooth contrast to the lightly crunchy centre. Inulin is a fructan fibre extracted from chicory root.
Real ingredients for flavour
Coffee, cacao, matcha and lucuma give each variety its own character, without artificial flavourings. These ingredients also contain a range of naturally occurring polyphenols.
