1. General

1.1 These purchase terms (”Terms”) apply between GO100, Registration Number 556596-7592, and the customer for purchases and orders via go100.com (”Site”) and our automated subscription service.

1.2 The goods and services offered on the Site are provided by GO100.

2. Ordering

2.1 When shopping on the Site, you can either make a one-time purchase of products or choose to start a subscription.

2.2 To place an order for products or enter a subscription, you must as a customer accept Klarna’s terms. By accepting Klarna’s terms, you commit to following them. We also ask you to review our privacy policy and Klarna’s privacy policy to fully understand how GO100 and Klarna handle your personal data as separate data controllers.

2.3 When we receive your order, we confirm the order and automatically send an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the order. An agreement for purchase is established with you as the customer when GO100 confirms your one-time order through the order confirmation. An agreement for subscription is established between you as the customer and GO100 when GO100 confirms your one-time order via an order confirmation and your subscription through a separate subscription confirmation. The order confirmation contains all information about products, price, billing, and delivery address. If you have chosen to subscribe to products, a separate email (subscription confirmation) will be sent with information about the chosen subscription. Carefully review the order confirmation and subscription confirmation upon receiving them and ensure they are accurate.

2.4 During the processing of your order, we will inform you by email if any of the ordered items are unavailable or if there are issues with your order. If any of the ordered items are unavailable, GO100 may offer you replacement products of equivalent quality and price. If GO100 is unable to offer alternative products or if you do not accept the offer, GO100 will refund the corresponding amount through Klarna within 10 days of receiving your order. GO100 will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

2.5 We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if a product is out of stock. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified, possibly along with information about available alternatives. You have the option to accept our new offer with the changes we specify compared to your order, or cancel the order entirely.

3. Ordering via GO100’s Subscription

3.1 Subscribing means that GO100 automatically places orders for you according to your chosen delivery interval and charges the payment for the order from your specified payment method.

3.3 For the service, we offer the following payment methods in collaboration with Klarna Bank AB: Credit card/debit card (Visa and MasterCard), invoice, direct bank transfer. Once you have subscribed, payments will be processed using the payment method you provided during the initial purchase.

3.4 Debiting/issuing of invoices occurs in connection with dispatch. If you have chosen to pay by credit card/debit card or direct payment via Klarna and your card has expired or been blocked, the subscription will be automatically terminated.

3.5 The price for products covered by your subscription is based on the current list price at the time of each purchase/dispatch of the order. VAT is always included in the price for products purchased through a subscription. To view the current list price, visit www.GO100.com/se. Free shipping always applies to subscription orders. If, upon receipt, you do not wish to pay the current list price, you have the right to return your products.

3.6 The subscription for your products is ongoing and has no minimum duration. You have the right to terminate your subscription at any time. As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your products. For more information about your right of withdrawal and open purchase, refer to section ”9. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal According to the Law.”

4. Price

All prices on the Site are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT; any applicable shipping costs are specified on the checkout page.

5. Payment

Customer payments are processed by GO100’s partner Klarna Bank AB. You can pay by card, direct payment, installment, Klarna invoice, and Klarna account.

6. Cancellation

Items in stock are shipped promptly, and to allow changes to your order before shipment, it’s best for you as a customer to contact customer service. If the goods have already been shipped, you can always return the order after delivery by exercising your right of withdrawal or open purchase (see more information below).

7. Delivery

7.1 Our goal is to ship items in stock within 2 business days of the order date and items not in stock within 10 days. Subject to delays beyond GO100’s control, the total delivery time shall not exceed 30 days.

7.2 We urge you to inspect the items as soon as possible after delivery to identify any damage, errors, or defects. If the item is defective, do not use it and instead, follow the process outlined in section ”11. Complaints and Claims.”

8. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal According to the Law

When purchasing items on the Site, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. This right of withdrawal applies from the time you receive an ordered item.

8.1 Using your right of withdrawal:

To utilize the right of withdrawal, you must notify GO100 of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item. The notification of withdrawal should be sent to hello@go100.com. Your notification should include: your intent to exercise your right of withdrawal, your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you intend to return.

You should promptly, and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice, return the products to us. If a return shipping label is included in the shipment, you can use it for returning the products. If not included, please contact customer service to obtain a return shipping label. The return address is specified on the return shipping label.

8.3 Refunds and Return Costs

If you withdraw from your purchase, the refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when GO100 receives your return. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. You are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the product if the product has been handled more extensively than necessary, resulting in a loss of value.

Do not forget to report your return to Klarna, as your invoice will be paused while we handle your return. You can easily do this through the Klarna app, Klarna’s website, or by calling Klarna at 08-120 120 10.

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 We ensure the quality of all products before they are dispatched to you. If, however, a product arrives damaged or is incorrectly shipped, we commit to rectify the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, at no cost to you. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints should be submitted immediately after discovering the defect. The complaint must be made within two months of detecting the defect. You have a right to make a complaint for three years and two months from the date you received the item.

9.2 Any faults or defects should always be reported using our complaint form. If we are unable to remedy the fault or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to the applicable consumer protection laws. 10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We do not accept liability for indirect damages unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legislation arising from the product.

10.2 We do not accept liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond GO100’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances could include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or discontinued deliveries from suppliers due to these circumstances. Should such a situation arise, GO100 will inform you accordingly. Furthermore, we do not accept responsibility for any changes to products/product features made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

11. Product Information

We reserve the right for potential typographical errors on this website and product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that images accurately depict the products’ appearance, as slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.

12. Cookies Information

A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer to provide you, as a visitor, access to various functions. GO100 uses cookies on the website www.GO100.com to ensure the website’s functionality, facilitate your visit, analyze visitor statistics and behavior on the website, and for marketing purposes, such as displaying relevant ads. We value your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary. We never sell or transfer your data to third parties without legal basis.

13.2 GO100, Org. No. 556596-7592, is the data controller for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. We process your personal data in order to, among other things, manage your order and, in cases where you have subscribed to newsletters or promotional offers, tailor marketing to your individual needs. Regarding personal data processing in the payment process, Klarna Bank AB is the data controller.

14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published online on the website. The amended Terms and Conditions apply from the moment you accept them in connection with a new purchase or within 30 days of GO100 informing you of the changes.

15. Disputes and Choice of Law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably with the company’s customer service and the customer, you, as a customer, can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. For residents of EU countries other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission’s platform for online dispute resolution, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In the case of any dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and regulations.
