How to use it?
To avoid abdominal discomfort it is advised to increase your intake slowly to allow your beneficial gut bacterias to increase as resistant starch and dietary fiber intake increases.
To minimize initial gastrointestinal discomfort, we suggest starting with half a GO100 bar per day for one week.
